The Tavern

The Tavern is the rustic soul of Verde Respiro: a spacious apartment of exposed stone and wood, with beamed ceilings and a long table to gather around after a day on the trails of the Simbruini Mountains Park. With up to 8 beds, it is perfect for large families, groups of friends or small mountain celebrations.

In the evening, the warmth of the stone interiors plays against the silence of the Aniene Valley. In the morning, the local products we love to welcome our guests with are waiting for you: olive oil, fresh eggs, wine, flowers and local honey.
